Introduction
It should be the desire of the entire church family to be a church committed to obedience around the Great Commission. As we endeavor to be obedient individually and corporately, please complete this survey at your convenience.
Questions are intended to both gain demographic information about the congregation and to help guide the church’s vision for being obedient to the Great Commission.
