What We Believe

  • God

We hold the belief in one, and only one, true and living God; that within the unity of the Godhead, there exist three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (John 4:24; 10:30)

  • Christ

By His very nature, Jesus Christ embodies both full divinity and full humanity. He entered the world in the flesh to offer salvation through His life, death, and resurrection. (John 1:1, 14; 20:30-31)

  • Man

We believe humanity was initially created holy but fell into sin through voluntary transgression, leading to universal condemnation. (Genesis 1:27; Romans 5:12)

  • Salvation

We hold the belief that the salvation of sinners is entirely by grace, achieved through the atoning death and physical resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:8; Isaiah 53:4-5; Hebrews 7:25)

  • Grace & Election

We hold the belief that election is God's everlasting purpose, through which He graciously regenerates, sanctifies, and saves sinners, while also being consistent with human free will. (Romans 8:28-31; 2 Peter 1:10-11)

  • Church

We hold the belief that a church of Christ is a community of baptized believers united in their faith and fellowship centered around the Gospel. Furthermore, we recognize that Jesus entrusted the ministry of His Gospel to His churches. (Acts 2:41-42; Matthew 28:20)

  • Baptism

We hold the belief that baptism involves the immersion of a believer in water, performed in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38, 41-42; 1 Corinthians 12:13)

  • The Lord's Supper

The Lord’s Supper serves as a symbolic act of obedience, where Christians honor the death of the Redeemer while looking forward to His return. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26, 33)

  • Eternity

We hold the belief that on the final day, Christ will return from heaven to resurrect the dead. At that time, a serious judgment and separation will occur, determining the eternal fate of individuals in either heaven or hell. (Acts 1:11, 24:15; Matthew 13:49, 25:31-36)
